The TutorVy subscription fee covers tutor-matching, coordination, replacement assistance and customer-support services. The selected tutor's tuition fee or remuneration is separate and must be mutually agreed upon and paid according to the agreed arrangement.
Plan validity begins from the date of successful payment and service activation, as confirmed by TutorVy.
A replacement request means a request to shortlist another suitable tutor when the originally selected tutor is unavailable or the arrangement does not continue, subject to plan validity, eligibility and tutor availability.

How do I pay?
After you share your requirement and our team discusses it with you, we generate a secure, gateway-hosted checkout link and share it by email or WhatsApp. Payments are never collected over the phone.
What are replacement requests?
If a finalised tutor is unable to continue, you may request a replacement within your plan validity — up to 2 on the Six-Month Plan and up to 4 on the Twelve-Month Plan — subject to the applicable terms and availability of suitable tutors.
Do you guarantee a tutor or results?
No. TutorVy makes reasonable efforts to coordinate suitable tutors based on your requirement. We do not guarantee a particular tutor, immediate placement or any specific academic outcome.
Can I get a refund?
Cancellation, replacement and refund eligibility are governed by TutorVy's applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy and the service status at the time of the request.
